Derick Jones receives Spartan Leadership Award!

Congrats to Derick Jones for receiving the Spartan Leadership Award! As the President of UNCG’s Graduate Student Association, Derick led many important activities. Most recently, Derick solicited donations, including from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and the College of Arts & Sciences, to help support over 240 graduate students and their families through the Spring 2020 Graduate Food Insecurity Initiative! Under Derick’s leadership, the GSA received an award for Excellence in Community Service!
