Dr. Oberlies and a team of colleagues, led by Dr. A. Douglas Kinghorn at Ohio State University, just renewed their Program Project grant from the National Cancer Institute for the “Discovery of Anticancer Agents of Diverse Natural Origin”. This includes close collaboration with Mycosynthetix, Inc., a Hillsborough, NC based biotechnology company.
