Abstract:

Abstract: Column selection plays an integral role in the LC method development process. Silica-based C₁₈ columns are the most common choice for stationary phase, but will that provide the optimal chemistry to resolve your analytes? We will discuss available chemistries for HPLC/UPLC columns, and how to harness the chemistry you have at your fingertips to control your separations.

NOTE: Dr. Collins and recent UNCG Chemistry & Biochemistry PhD alum Emily Britton, Food & Natural Products Specialist at Waters, will be available to discuss their work, moving into professional careers, etc. immediately following their talk.
