Title: Exploring Alternative Mass Spectrometric Methods For Epitranscriptomic Analysis

Abstract:

Our research group have successfully developed a novel and accurate LC-MS/MS method which could achieve standard-free profiling and quantitation for modify ribonucleosides. Beyond the LC-MS/MS method, more alternative mass spectrometric methods will be present in this dissertation. Include a new size reducing ion mobility (SRI) mass spectrometric method and a flow injection analysis (FIA) method, which both methods are pioneering in epitranscriptomic analysis area.
