11th Biannual Wood Coatings & Substrates Conference
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry hosted the 11th Biannual Wood Coatings and Substrates Conference as part of its seminar program on September 26 & 27. In addition to ten technical talks, there were presentations by keynote speakers Dr. Mojgan Nejad from Michigan State University and Dr. Veronic Landry from the University of Laval (Quebec). Conference Director and UNCG alum Ronald Obie presented Dr. Jerry Walsh with a distinguished service award for 20 years of support for the Wood C&S.
