Questions or concerns regarding any aspect of the BSBC cluster may be directed by E-mail to the systems administrator at bsbc_admin@uncg.edu.

Where to Find Information

Most questions regarding the BSBC lab facility can be answered by visiting other pages on the BSBC website. Information found on Administrative pages include BSBC policies, usage fees, cluster hardware configuration, and available software. In addition to providing general purpose instructions on use of the cluster, User Support provides information on how to apply for time on the BSBC cluster, accounts, and login information.
