Organic Chemistry

Organic Chemistry is the study of everything that has carbon in it. Just as this is a very broad field, the faculty in this area have similarly diverse projects. Examples of research projects include: new reaction design and development, enantioselective catalysis, total synthesis, medicinal chemistry, mechanistic analysis, natural product characterization, and formation of renewable chemical feedstocks.
